Scope of Services. Through this Site, Green Leaves Landscape markets and arranges Lawn Maintenance, Landscape Installation, Irrigation System Installation, Tree Trimming, Hardscape. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Green Leaves Landscape or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Termination. Green Leaves Landscape may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

As-Is Basis. https://greenleaveslandscapeva.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Green Leaves Landscape makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Leaves Landscape's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Green Leaves Landscape in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Green Leaves Landscape from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by VA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in VA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
